High Voltage Test Equipment

YDTW Partial-Discharge-Free AC Test Transformer
Low partial-discharge AC test transformer used to verify the power-frequency insulation level of insulating materials, insulation structures and electrical products, and to serve as a PD-free test source for transformers, capacitors, HV switches, instrument transformers and surge arresters. Its own partial discharge level is kept low enough not to mask the discharge signal of the test object.

GDGP-I AC Withstand Voltage Test Set
Power-frequency withstand voltage (hipot) test set for transformers, switchgear, cables and insulators. Applies a specified AC voltage for a defined duration to verify insulation strength.

Lightning Impulse Test System
Impulse voltage generator producing standard lightning and switching impulse waveforms for insulation coordination and type tests on transformers and other high-voltage equipment.

Series Resonant Test System
Variable frequency series resonant test set with compact size, real-time status display, adjustable test voltage, frequency range and dwell time, automatic capacitance calculation and 0.1 Hz frequency resolution. Resonant tuning lets a modest supply drive the large capacitive load of long cables and generators.
Mobile Test Vehicles

Power Testing Instruments

GD240-100A Loop Resistance Tester
High-current contact resistance tester for switchgear and busbar joints. Injects a regulated DC current and measures the millivolt drop to reveal contact degradation that visual inspection cannot detect.

HV Insulation Resistance Tester (Digital Megohmmeter)
High-voltage digital megohmmeter for insulation condition assessment of cables, motors and generators. Measures insulation resistance at a selected DC test voltage and can track absorption behaviour over time.

GD300C Power Analyzer
Transformer electrical parameter measuring instrument designed per JB/T 501 and GB 1094. Simultaneously measures single- or three-phase transformer RMS voltage, average voltage, RMS current, active power, power factor and frequency — the parameters required for no-load and load loss measurement.

GD6000A Variable Frequency Dielectric Loss (Tan Delta) Tester
Measures dielectric loss factor (tan delta) and capacitance to detect overall moisture, ageing and local defects in insulation. Applicable to transformers, instrument transformers, reactors, capacitors, bushings and surge arresters. Variable frequency excitation avoids mains-frequency interference on site.

BY2571 Digital Ground Resistance Tester
Digital earth resistance meter using DC/AC conversion instead of hand-cranked generation. Combines 3-terminal and 4-terminal measurement in one instrument with a low-frequency constant current source, avoiding the effort and instability of a hand-cranked generator.

Multi-Channel Data Recorder
Touch-screen data recorder with rich display, flexible operation and powerful recording, calculation, control and management functions for long-term multi-point test data acquisition, such as transformer temperature rise tests.
Test Center Facilities

EMC Shielded Room
Modular assembled shielding enclosure installed on a recessed floor slab with a level threshold for easy trolley access. Attenuates external electromagnetic interference so partial discharge measurements in the pico-coulomb range are not swamped by ambient noise. Requires a foundation pit, pre-embedded conduits and grounding electrodes before installation.

Central Control Room
Operator control room for a high-voltage test center, integrating the console, control systems, monitoring displays and safety interlocks so the whole test hall is managed from one place and operators are physically separated from the high-voltage area.

Artificial Rain Test Room
Rain test area with at least 4.5 m clear internal height, waterproof treatment on roof and walls, a seepage drainage floor with ring drainage channel, waterproof lighting, plus water supply and 6 m³/h drainage capacity. Used for wet withstand and rain tests on outdoor equipment and insulators.
