Overview: it is used for verifying the insulation level of insulating materials, insulation structures and electrical products under power-frequency voltage. It also serves as a partial-discharge-free power-frequency test supply for test objects such as transformers, capacitors, high-voltage switchgear, instrument transformers (CT/PT) and surge arresters. It is widely used in electrical manufacturing departments, power utility operation departments, research institutes and universities.
Key features: the complete set is highly configurable, with a full range of voltage and capacity series and reliable function. A partial-discharge-free epoxy insulating barrel was successfully developed, which keeps the partial discharge level of the system low and, in the manufacturer’s own words, better than that of comparable enterprises.
Construction: the core uses high-quality DQ130-30 grain-oriented silicon steel sheet with a 45° full-mitre lap stack. The impedance voltage is low and better than the international specification. A fast electronic protection device is used, giving high reliability.
