Detailed Description

Overview: the GDDZ-III reactor test system is a comprehensive test system developed specifically for reactor manufacturers, combining manual control and computer control in one. It offers stable performance, high test accuracy, simple operation and a high degree of automation, making it ideal test equipment for reactor routine tests and type tests.

Key features: the computer control system runs on the Windows operating system and the test software operates in a fully Chinese-language environment, with test data shown on screen in real time. The test bench has a clean, generous layout and is easy to operate, so test personnel master the operating procedure after simple training. The power analyser uses high-performance DSP technology with pure resistive sampling, on the same principle as imported power analysers, and can be used for measurement in low power factor test applications. The factory test report and print format can be designed to the customer’s own draft, and after a test the report can be printed directly or edited before printing (limited to the test items). A mechanical emergency stop button is provided on the bench to protect personnel, equipment and the test object in an emergency.

Reactor types tested: CKSG and CKSC series three-phase series reactors, QKSG and QKSC series three-phase starting reactors, HKSG series three-phase line reactors and similar product ranges, and magnetically controlled reactors (MCR) of the SVC type.

Test capability: terminal voltage test range 0-10 kV, current test range 0-3000 A, test object capacity up to 2880 kvar, and test object voltage classes of 0.4, 0.6, 10, 20 and 35 kV.

Test items: reactor winding resistance test; reactor terminal voltage and current test; reactor reactance and inductance test; reactor loss test; reactor power-frequency applied withstand voltage test; and reactor inter-turn withstand voltage test. Extendable test items are transformer temperature-rise test (with automatic plotting of the temperature-rise curve), insulation resistance test (absorption ratio and polarisation index), and lightning impulse test.
