Detailed Description

Overview: the system provides all of the functions of intelligent test sequence control, intelligent wiring changeover, intelligent data processing, intelligent data upload and intelligent report generation. It comprises an intelligent measurement module, a power distribution module, an automatic wiring-changeover module and a wiring indication module. It supports intelligent interconnection and automatic interlocking with an intelligent safety fence, and it provides input protection, output protection and zero-position start protection. Voltage, current and power are under closed-loop automatic regulation.

Test capability: the system measures the energy-efficiency grade of distribution transformers rated 800 kVA and below, at voltage classes of 10 kV/0.4 kV.

Measuring range covers voltage 0-800V (extendable to 1200V), current on the 50 A channel 0-5/50 A (extendable to 200 A), and frequency 45 Hz-65 Hz. Measuring accuracy is ±(0.1% of reading + 0.1% of range) for voltage, ±(0.1% of reading + 0.1% of range) for current, ±(0.2% of reading + 0.2% of range) for power, ±(0.2% of reading + 0.2% of range) for power factor and ±(0.25% of reading + 0.25% of range) for frequency.

Construction: the system is built from a standardised set of modules — intelligent measurement, power distribution, automatic wiring changeover and wiring indication — installed in a single enclosure measuring 1500 x 1200 x 1300 and weighing approximately 350 kg, powered from 380 V ±5%.

Expansion capability: distribution transformers below 2500 kVA/10 kV and power transformers below 6300 kVA/35 kV.
