Transformer Intelligent Logistics Line Test System
Conveyor-based transformer test line with separate low-voltage and high-voltage stations that run simultaneously. Transformers travel along the track from insulation resistance, ratio and DC resistance testing to no-load, load, induced and power-frequency withstand testing, with all items completed on a single connection.

Overview: the intelligent line test system is divided into a low-voltage detection station for insulation resistance, turns ratio and DC resistance, and a high-voltage detection station for no-load, load, power-frequency withstand voltage, induced withstand voltage and high-voltage tests. Every logistics line carries out insulation resistance, turns ratio, DC resistance, no-load, load, induced withstand voltage and power-frequency withstand voltage testing. The low-voltage and high-voltage detection stations do not interfere with each other and run at the same time.
Layout: a gantry frame is built over the logistics line and the test detection stations are mounted on the frame. Transformers under test are stacked on the line track, moved first to the low-voltage detection station to complete testing, then transferred to the high-voltage detection station, and then conveyed out of the test area. The number of detection stations on the line can be customised to the customer actual output.
Features: all high-voltage and low-voltage stations complete every test item on a single connection, with no manual re-wiring, which raises test throughput. The test bench is of flat construction with an open view, and is fitted with an emergency stop button, alarm bell and lamp, and an overcurrent protection alarm to protect personnel and equipment. The software sets the test object parameters of different stations simultaneously, and one-key operation completes all test items without operator intervention. The human-machine interface of the performance test has an interface data lock (hold) function.
Data handling: the main control computer exchanges data in real time with the remote DC-resistance and turns-ratio system computer, and can retrieve remote test data automatically in real time for use in data calculation and report generation. The system issues the corresponding test report automatically, and the operator can also select the report content and format.
Technical requirement: the system handles distribution transformers rated 2500 kVA / 35 kV and below. Test items are insulation resistance testing, transformer turns ratio testing, winding DC resistance testing, no-load testing (no-load loss, power factor measurement and no-load current percentage), load testing (load loss with automatic conversion of the load loss value, and short-circuit impedance percentage), power-frequency withstand voltage testing and induced withstand voltage testing.
