GDBZ-IV Automatic Transformer Comprehensive Test System

System overview: the system covers sampling tests on distribution transformers and box-type substations rated 2500 kVA / 10 kV and below.

Configuration: the system is a human-machine interface terminal with an integrated test device. The test device contains an intelligent measurement module, a power distribution module, an automatic wiring-changeover module and a wiring indication module.

Operation: the system automatically calls the intelligent measurement module, the power module and the switching device and starts testing item by item, automatically completing the voltage and current output, parameter measurement, range switching and data upload for every test item.

Test items: one-key start automatically completes the turns ratio test; the DC resistance test; no-load loss and no-load current measurement; short-circuit impedance and load loss measurement; the induced withstand voltage test; no-load loss and no-load current measurement at 90% and 110% of rated voltage; the insulation resistance test; the temperature-rise test; and the short-time overload capability test.

The three-phase transformer zero-sequence impedance test is also provided, and it is applicable to oil-immersed transformers.
