Overview: short-circuit impedance is an important transformer parameter, and the short-circuit impedance method is the traditional method for judging winding deformation. According to GBl094.5-2003 and IEC60076-5:2000, the change in short-circuit reactance is the criterion for judging whether a transformer winding is deformed. The GD-300B features a compact, well-designed circuit with excellent performance, small size and low weight, making it convenient for field use. Dual A/D synchronous AC sampling and digital signal processing are used internally, so the measured data is accurate and reliable, and the instrument is an effective tool for transformer testing and analysis.
Key features: the instrument measures transformer short-circuit impedance, short-circuit reactance, short-circuit resistance and three-phase impedance voltage, and displays the voltage, current, power and frequency parameters of each test. Measurement can be completed using only a single-phase 220 V AC supply, and where no AC supply is available a small UPS (an on-line 500 VA unit is sufficient) can be used. Wiring is simple and convenient: one connection and one start completes the three-phase measurement automatically and the results are displayed directly.
The instrument controls the output voltage and output current internally, so no external auxiliary equipment is needed. Automatic frequency correction eliminates errors caused by frequency fluctuation. Up to 90 measurement results can be stored, and the built-in non-volatile memory retains data for the long term.
Display and operation: a large blue-screen LCD shows all Chinese menus and operating prompts, which is intuitive and convenient. A non-volatile calendar and clock function is provided.
